Ana Paula Oliveira bio

Ana Paula Oliveira, born in Campinas Sao Paulo on May 26 1977. She is known as an actress in Woman on Top (2000), Sem Fio (2009) and A Indomada (1997). Ana Paula Oliveira joined the Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime on March 20, 2020. She is currently the manager of the Assassination Witness Project and is a major part of the GI-TOC's multilateral engagement. The GI TOC's work focuses on the assassination of people (including disappearances) or violence as well as different types of crimes related to illicit economics. Also, she's interested in the impacts of organized crime as well as human rights in the context of humanitarian policies and the law. Ana Paula is a graduate of the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies (Geneva) and holds an LL.M. She also holds earned an LL.M. qualification with a concentration in Public Law as well an MBA from Fundacao Getulio Vargas, Rio de Janeiro. Ana Paula holds a Bachelor degree in magna cum laude Legal as well as Social Sciences by the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. She is a licensed lawyer and has worked in a law firm focusing on public law litigation for over four years. Other experiences include helping in roles with non-governmental organisations that are headquartered at Rio de Janeiro and Geneva.
