Awkwafina
Awkwafina began as a American performer and rapper, releasing sly tracks that tackled questions of race and sexual identities with a funny twist. In the years before she stepped to Hollywood the singer could release a number of songs. Nora Lum began her musical journey as a trumpet player. Born in Forest Hills Queens, she was a child of Chinese immigrants and Korean immigrants. Jazz, classical and hip-hop education began when she was in her teens. At college, she was studying journalism and women's studies. Then, she even had a short time studying Mandarin in Beijing. When she graduated, she started to concentrate on music. Her 2012 track My Vag a response to Mickey Avalon's My Dick found viral success on the Internet before settling on her debut album Yellow Ranger in 2014. On the album, there were other viral hits including Queef (body-positive) and NYC Bitche$. The track that was the last one to be closely linked to Awkwafina's NYC Travel Guide, which was which was published in 2015. In addition to having a book published, her other career was singing. In addition to early series like Girl Code and Tawk - she appeared in movies Neighbors 2 Storks and Bad Rap. The actress made headlines in 2018 with a few notable films like Dude Ocean's 8 as well as Crazy Rich Asians. The EP was released by In Fina We Trust in June of that year.
