Robyn Rihanna Fenty, often called Rihanna by Barbadians is an artist and singer. Her hits comprise Pon de Replay, SOS Umbrella and Take a Bow. She is still in her prime. Barbados was born in Barbados, she initially was a fan of reggae when she got older and started singing by herself, when she was an teen. To escape the tensions in her family, as well as her parent's constant disputes and arguments, she began to sing. While still in highschool, she formed a music group and was asked to audition to be a part of Evan Rodgers. The producer was extremely impressed by the talents of this young lady. In order to make a living as a professional musician, Rodgers asked her to relocate to New York. Rihanna quickly became a star when she released her debut album. The young crowd was captivated by her songs with a catchy sound that made them tap their feet. This brought her into the movie industry. The young and gifted Rihanna is widely regarded as both a teen-idol and fashion icon. Rihanna is also putting her fame for good and is actively involved with several charitable causes
